Sleep is soooo important it's amazing! If you are sleeping less than 7 hours per night you are holding back your fat loss potential.
When sleeping your body releases human growth hormone (HGH), the more HGH the better as it helps the body burn fat, keep muscle, improve skin and just improve general health and keep you young. Research even proves that those sleeping at least 8 hours per night have a lower bodyfat level than those sleeping less.
Try to establish a regular sleeping pattern of going to bed and waking up the same time each night - your body will thank you for it and you will look better.
