When dieting it can be very hard to stay on track purely because of boredom. If you're eating the same foods day in day out the temptation to cheat can be overwhealming and before you know if you're off the diet and up 10 pounds!
There is no reason you shouldn't enjoy a rich and varied diet with foods you actually enjoy. If you like what you're eating then the temptation to cheat with crappy foods won't be there. I enjoy a great varied diet at the moment and have no trouble keeping the weight down, but I do remember the days of eating nothing but plain chicken, rice and broccoli!
It wasn't long before I was sick of the foods and scoffed down a load of biscuits and pizza and forgot all about losing weight...the pounds soon came back and I was at square one again.
I decided to bite the bullet and find ways of making healthy food that I actually liked. I bought Meal Plans 101 and never looked back - I now always look forward to meals. Of course if you're a great cook then you might not need something like this, but I was no cook hehe.
